These terms are an agreement between you and MyKlozt (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using MyKlozt you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use MyKlozt.

1. What MyKlozt is

MyKlozt is an online marketplace where people list, find and discuss pre-loved bridal, formal and occasion wear. Sales happen directly between the buyer and the seller. We are not the seller, we don't inspect items, we don't hold payments, and we are not a party to the deal.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Use your own details. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.
• Keep your sign-in secure and never share sign-in codes. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• If you ask for ID verification, the CNIC and selfie must be yours. Using someone else's identity ends your account.

3. Listing and selling

• List only items you own and have the right to sell.
• Use real photos of the actual item and describe it honestly, including the brand, condition, flaws and measurements.
• Set a real price. Don't use listings to advertise other websites, shops or services.
• Answer buyers honestly, honour deals you agree to, and mark items as sold once they are sold.

4. Items you can't list

• Fakes, replicas or “master copies” described as originals, or anything that infringes a brand's trademark.
• Stolen goods, or items you don't own.
• Anything illegal in Pakistan, and any item or photo that is sexual, hateful or offensive.

5. Buying

Check the item before you pay, meet somewhere public, and never send an advance or “delivery charges” to someone you haven't met. Returns and refunds are agreed between you and the seller. Read our safety tips.

6. Fees

Creating an account, browsing, chatting and listing are free today. If we introduce paid features (such as promoting a listing or buyer protection), we will show the price clearly before you pay and they will be optional.

7. How you behave

No harassment, threats, hate, spam or scams. Don't try to get around contact hiding in chat, collect other people's data, or interfere with the site. Don't create accounts to get around a ban or a limit.

8. Reports, complaints and enforcement

Anyone can report a listing, a person or a chat. To keep the marketplace safe we may review reports and chats, remove listings, limit features, withdraw a Verified badge, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. Where the law requires it, we may share information with the authorities. If you disagree with something we did, or have a complaint about another user or about us, use our complaints process.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and text. You give MyKlozt a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, show and resize them on our website and apps, and to share your public listings (for example on social media) to help them sell, for as long as they are listed.

10. Liability

MyKlozt is provided “as is”. We work to keep it safe and available, but we can't promise that every user, listing or message is genuine. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from deals between users, items not being as described, or the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani law that can't be limited.

11. Closing your account

You can stop using MyKlozt at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact form. We may close accounts that break these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and for important changes we will ask you to accept them again before you continue using your account.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
