Safety tips

Most deals go smoothly. These habits keep it that way.

Never pay in advance

Don't send an advance, "booking amount" or "delivery charges" to someone you haven't met. Pay when you have the outfit in your hands.

Meet somewhere public

Choose a busy place like a mall or café, in daylight. Bring someone with you and tell a friend where you're going.

Check before you pay

Look at the fabric, embroidery, the brand tag and any flaws. Try it on if you can, or compare the measurements.

Keep chats on MyKlozt

Stay in our chat until you're sure. Scammers rush people onto WhatsApp to avoid our safety checks.

Prefer verified sellers

The Verified badge means the seller has proved their identity with a CNIC and selfie.

Never share codes or bank details

We will never ask for your password, sign-in code, CNIC number or bank PIN. Nor should a buyer or seller.

Warning signs of a scam

  • The price is far too low for the brand
  • They won't meet or send more photos
  • They push you to pay quickly or move to WhatsApp
  • They ask for a code that was sent to your phone
  • They send a "payment screenshot" instead of real money

Something feels wrong?

Stop, don't pay, and use “Report” on the listing or chat. If you've lost money, make a complaint and report it to the FIA Cybercrime Wing (helpline 1991). In an emergency call 15.
